Description
Summary of the bug:
The file can play with ffplay.
But when I encoded it by ffmpeg the result video file didn't have video stream.
How to reproduce:
% ffmpeg -y -ss 10 -v 9 -loglevel 99 -report -i "D:\Output\Test.mp4" D:\Output\ffmpeg.mp4 ffmpeg version built on 4.4
I wanted to upload the error file but I couldn't.
Your ftp server(upload.ffmpeg.org) looks down.

Feel free to reopen this ticket if the issue is reproducible with current FFmpeg git head, the only version supported on this bug tracker, and if you can provide an input sample that allows to reproduce the issue on a file hoster of your choice.
