my patchset (see fmpeg-dev) fixes this too
ill commit it soon

Thanks for your work, everything works great except one problem:

there is a one pixel vertical line at the right side of the output when 12/16bpp file have odd width

ffmpeg -i 12_line.jpg out.tif
