Description
Summary of the bug: KODI fails to play "certain" live TV streams that contain valid PMT with SCTE 0xC0 extensions
How to reproduce:
% ffmpeg -report "file=ffreport.log:level=32" ffmpeg -i "live-FOXNEWSHD-9104-1 - Copy.ts" built on ... "don't know"
Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list and not this bug tracker.

Is the issue not reproducible with the first segment?
It is reproducible with the first segment of the live TV recording, but the log file for the first segment (attachment "ffmpeg-20160607-061411.log") is slightly different that the log for the full recording file (attachment "ffmpeg-20160527-111828.log").
