Description
Summary of the bug:
- I have two videos, with two different, for example 15 and 25.
- Now i want to extract frame and compare them, but as i have told before fps of both video are different.
- So is there any way to change fps of video using c++.or any way to take only 15 frames from 25 fps video which is same as 15 fps video.
- Means is there any way to know that, frame from 15 fps video is same as frame from 25 fps video.
How to reproduce:
% ffmpeg -i input ... output ffmpeg version built on ...
