Description
Dear developers,
I found this article with ASIC:
https://www.pathpartnertech.com/hevc-solution/
We have some useles AntMiners - older bitoin miners with ASIC chips.
I think, they are based on Linux operating system, but with few "disk" space, but booting from USB should be available.
It would be useful for hevc encoding (similar to nvenc/qsv)?
We can lend or donate this hardware for development of specific ASIC encoder for it and give a donation for it.

I believe this is outside the scope of FFmpeg.

It is also possible to envisage another similar ASIC hardware. Today can be obtained very cheaply when the time Bitcoin mining is in decline.
