sorry, i cannot find the dll file for this codec. which means i cant find a solution to convert your sample file.
try asking on moviecodec.com for a codec to decode your file.

if you have any information at all on the name of the program used to make or record these calls. or maybe the name of the hardware used? any information like that will help me to locate the codec.
you can also try contacting cisco and voiceage.com and sipro. maybe one of them can help...

these files might have been recorded by Qfiniti Workforce Management call system software suite for call centers.
but i dont know what version would be using this kelvin codec. any help locating it would be appreciated.

Should be fixed in 551fcbbccbca8e78443c049421f01f350d4bc370
My guess is that this is 8.5kbit 8kHz stereo sipr.
