Fixed by Gautam Ramakrishnan in 995d937827dda228e68eeffca10feeea32463cf7, duplicate of ticket #4669
The testfile p0_08.j2k was fixed by Gautam Ramakrishnan in e8344f21e16b7043411830cea99304169127dacf
