Make error, FFmpeg build fails on Debian 7.7

This guide doesn't work on Debian 7.7

When you try this step:

I believe this guide is used often so it seems unlikely that it doesn't work at all.
Please post here on the tracker: Only your configure line including the complete, uncut console output.
