FFmpeg prints an error now when DVCPRO HD encoding is requested.

Now works with ffmpeg.exe -i CDVHsample.avi -vcodec dvvideo -pix_fmt yuv422p out.avi
Though there is now a problem with ffplay, which uses incorrect aspect ratio. So does vlc, but media player classic and potplayer are right.

Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
Not a regression, afaict, but important as long as FFmpeg produces invalid files without any warning.
