support isoms of BOXX codecs

the only problem is with boxx_yuv_10bit.mov which doesn't decode with ffmpeg because of too small packet
(decodes fine with original codec)

Updated patch that does not affect v210 encoding attached.

bxy2 has surprising stride.

The patch was applied in May, I opened ticket #1838 for the remaining problem.
