Debian 11 Bullseye
VLC 3.0.21
Debian maintainers update ffmpeg from 4.3.6 to 4.3.7 and VLC stop working when seek h264 video.
Seems problem in commit https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/commit/031c9601d06759a748adc077f73e3005b5571be1
Seems this fix not back ported to 4.3 https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/commit/8b23644408ef4ea98184325d7a98f43c316143a1
