How to reproduce:
I tried to work with second stream using cuvid:

ffmpeg -v debug -y -hwaccel cuvid -c:v:0 h264_cuvid -i /root/3_two_3sec.mp4 -map 0:1 -c:v:0 h264_nvenc -filter:v:0 scale_npp=-2:360,hwdownload,format=nv12 -f mp4 /tmp/out.mp4

But ffmpeg detecring incorrect format and fails in future
