date value "now" outputs "2036-02-06 06:28:16"

​Docs indicate that:

If the value is "now" it takes the current (local) time.

However, at least with mp4 muxer, creation_time ends up as 2036-02-06 06:28:16. Did not check for regression, or any other option that could accept now.
